Rates start from NZD$3,000/night
Includes tropical breakfast supplies, a welcome holiday starter pack on arrival consisting of beers, wine, juice, water and snacks and daily light housekeeping. Also includes complimentary arrival transfers.

The property can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 (eight) Guests (including children over 12). Rooms 1-3 have king or queen beds, room 4 has twin beds that can be made into a queen bed.

5-Night min stay. Stays of less than 5 days may be considered subject to availability. Please contact the Managers to inquire.

Rates include the local VAT of 15%.

Children under 12 may be permitted to stay under special circumstances. Waterfoot House has a 20 meter pool that is not fenced. Parents and caregivers will need to note this when making inquiries.

Non-smoking in all indoor areas, lounge and kitchen. Smoking is permitted outdoors.

Terms of Booking

· Reservations/Cancellations:
All rates quoted are in NZD and include Government tax of 15%.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking at Waterfoot House. Reservations are not considered firm until the deposit and rental agreement form are received. A confirmation letter is sent to you upon receipt of the deposit. The balance of your payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

· We require your flight arrival and departure details at time of booking to arrange your complimentary arrival transfers and to avoid any confusion with crossing the date line.

· Check-in / Check-out times:
Standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am. Check-in from 7am (space permitting) and check out up to 7pm (space permitting) is available at a surcharge of 25% of the nightly rate. Arrival before 7am or departure after 7pm will incur an additional night’s rate. Please advise if you would like either option at time of booking. Please further note that Waterfoot House does not have a waiting area for guests to stay at while waiting for check-in or after check-out. Guests cannot arrive prior to 2pm and must vacate the property after check-out.

· Cancellations
The booking fee is non refundable in case of a cancellation. Cancellations made outside of 60 days will not incur any cancellation fee. Cancellations between 59-30 days will be charged 50% of the total stay. Cancellations received less than 30 days from date of travel are Non-Refundable unless we are able to rebook all or some of those dates. We strongly urge you to take Travel Insurance.
Whilst we endeavour to provide all facilities advertised we will not be liable for compensation in the event we are forced to provide limited services, cancel or change your booking in any way as a result of situations outside our control which we could not foresee or avoid such as civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, fire or flooding.

· Security and Damage Deposits
A security deposit equal to one night’s accommodation will be charged prior to arrival and held on your credit card. A security deposit form will be emailed to you and must be returned 48 hours prior to check in.

· Liability Waiver
All guests booked to stay at Waterfoot House will need to sign a waiver acknowledging the pool is unfenced.

· Staff & Services
The Villa caretaker lives onsite and is available to answer any questions guests may have. Daily limited housekeeping between the hours of 8-1pm daily is included in the nightly rate. Additional housekeeping requests including meal service, cleaning the kitchen, washing clothes are all charged an extra fee. At Waterfoot House we do our bit to protect the environment. Sheets and towels are replaced every 3rd day in order to conserve water. Guests are asked to be mindful to separate their rubbish into the recycling bins provided.
An In-house chef service can be arranged at an extra cost and will require a few days' notice. Spa services can be performed onsite in our Waterfoot Spa, the services are provided by an independent contractor and bookings in advance are necessary.

· Occupancy
No parties or large gatherings are allowed at Waterfoot House without written permission of the Host. Rooms may not be occupied by more guests than specified in the terms and conditions. For weddings and private gatherings, a surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests. Separate Terms and Conditions may apply for weddings or private parties held at Waterfoot House and those will be confirmed at the time of your inquiry. Only registered guests staying at Waterfoot House are permitted to be on the premises and use the facilities.

· Internet
The Cook Islands has limited, slow and very expensive internet access. Guests will be provided with a Vodafone pre loaded internet card (one per room occupied) on arrival. Top up cards can be obtained from the Villa Caretaker, online through the Vodafone Hotspot portal or from a number of outlets on Rarotonga at an additional cost.
